9 Movie Trailer Review
Tim Burton’s 9 looks AMAZING! 9 is a computer animated film produced by Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov best know for Wanted and Nightwatch. 9 is directed by former WETA Digital artist Shane Acker, and featuring the music of Danny Elfman. For those that do not know, the song in the 9 trailer is Welcome Home by Coheed and Cambria. The 9 movie release date is 09-09-09.
There is something special with Tim Burton, everything he does has a uniqueness all his own, and the 9 movie is no different. Even though Tim Burton is not directing 9, but only producing, the feel of the film just screams his name. If the trailer was all I had to go on and had no information about who made it, I would just know. Hopefully Shane Acker’s 9 Delivers, but if the trailer is any indication, The 9 movie will be a summer blockbuster.

9 Movie Synopsis
9 is a post-apocalyptic nightmare in which all of humanity is threatened. 9 is based on Acker’s Academy Award-nominated 2005 film festival short.
“When 9 first comes to life, he finds himself in a post-apocalyptic world. The human race is dead and gone, and it is only by chance that he discovers a small community of others like him taking refuge from fearsome machines that roam the earth intent on their extinction. Despite being the neophyte of the group, 9 convinces the others that hiding will do them no good. They must take the offensive if they are to survive, and they must discover why the machines want to destroy them in the first place. As they’ll soon come to learn, the very future of civilization may depend on them.”
The group includes 1 (Christopher Plummer), a domineering war veteran; 2 (Martin Landau), an aged inventor; 5 (John C. Reilly), a stalwart mechanic; 6 (Crispin Glover), a visionary and artist; and 7 (Jennifer Connelly), a brave warrior. I like Acker’s unique art style which could be described as a darker/post apocalyptic version of what Tim Burton use to do, with a touch of LittleBigPlanet.
This move just looks awesome and I can’t wait to see it when it comes out. More 9 News as it becomes available.

If Coheed and Cambria have agreed to let them have their song in it (Welcome Home), then the movie has to rock! can’t wait to see it!

Did you notice there is an error on a secuence in the movie? When 9 meets the twins 3 and 4 one of them plays with his zipper and opens it, then there is a scene with his zipper closed and then again with the zipper opened.
Love all Tim Burton’s Movies…. have some sense of wirdesness and yet wonderful worlds created y him…
Remember the first time I saw The nightmare b4 X-mas I was amazing !!! Never saw something like that!!
Even when all people said it was so wierd to see… just loved it !!! Since then a hughe fan !!!!
Now a big score is the music, it gaves power to the movie… Can’t wait to see it!!!
