About Us:
From it’s inception in early 2002, StealthFiction.com had the purpose of sharing creative works. Keeping true to that spirit, it is with great pleasure that we make a jump from the online arena to hard-copy publication. Our first project, a high-quality non-themed anthology titled: Daylight Dims, to be printed in 2008 . It is the intention of the editors to publish new, original, short stories which will showcase various writers’ darkly imaginative fiction. To accomplish this goal, we openly invite you to submit your work to be considered for publication. If you are chosen to be published as part of a Stealth Fiction Anthology you can take pride in the fact that your talent has passed the high standards that the judges of the competition have set.
What are we looking for? We want our readers to be shocked, excited, and unable to put the book down. We want our readers to be satisfied, and at the same time, lusting for me. We do NOT want our readers to be bored, or feel like they’ve experienced your story before in a thousand different forms, under a thousand different titles, from a thousand different authors. Which means: we are not looking for any of the traditional creatures and boogeymen. No ghosts or vampires need apply. No zombies, no werewolves, no mummies, or serial killers, or invincible murder machines from the future.
In other words we want… something new. Something scarier than hell.
