We’ve been busy adding features non stop. While we haven’t ran into any major road blocks, there are still a few pieces of the puzzle to go before the site is fully where we want it to be. Part of this is just waiting for the imminent release of some key software that will reward members with achievements for doing things on the site. It works fine but there is a known bug that will kick out an error message because we are running the latest WP install.
Another key part is the supporter feature. We want users to have the ability to go ‘pro’ to help support the site, same as with the achievements software, there is a known bug that we are trying to wait for the fix to come out, instead of using the buggy code for the time being.
There are some other cool things, like the ability to map your own domain name to your blog, and of course a lot of people are waiting for CONTESTS. Since the main page’s layout is complete, minus a few tweaks, we will start work on the contest portion which should be done tomorrow. Can’t really say if we’ll be excepting entries right away, provided we don’t run into any errors which would halt the conversion from the test-site to the live site, you will probably be able to make a submission to the contest.

Quick update to the update:
Comment spammers started to hit already so we implemented an untested, but highly regarded solution. This should cut down about 95% of it. Some will still get in. Can’t really do anything about all of it. but it should help a lot.
