They also put you on an instant web access membership listing. You don't find out unless you read the endless fine print. Once you cancel (providing you cancel the exact way mentioned in the policy area) you are charged for the extra they send at the same time. You are also charged for the web access, and shipment. By the time you get ahold of them (providing you do it according to the policy) they have shipped out more. It took a lot of phone calls and emails and returns to finally stop them from sending more and from all of the unwanted membership fees. This whole process is a scam and should not be followed. If it was that great it would be prescribed by a doctor. Yes I tried the samples that I paid for in the end and it really isn't anything worth your time or efforts to cancel.
